The DEQ Initial Maintenance Provider Class has now been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, May 15th and 16th, 2017. The class will be held at CCBI at 626 High St NE, Room 203. The class will be from 8:30am to 5:30pm and the cost will be $490.00 per person.
