In 1994 O2WA was formed for the purpose to actively participate in public and private efforts in development and acceptance of new and improved practices, policies, laws and regulations for onsite wastewater treatment and dispersal.
It is very important that, as an organization, we support legislation that continues to raise the standards on professionalism in our industry. Not only for our members, but for the onsite industry in Oregon as a whole.
